Presently there is no refund policy for all advances received at the hotel under any circumstances.
Cancellation to be informed 72 hrs. prior to check in date written for FIT booking and 21 days prior to check-in for GIT (Group) bookings- 5 and above considered as group, after which 100% retention will be levied.
If cancellations is made less than 24hrs prior to the date of arrival 50% cancellation charge will be applicable after 24 hrs 100% room rent charge for 1 day stay will be applicable.
Additional INR 1500 + GST would be applicable for extra person.
Children above 07 years will be charged as extra person.
In case The Cloud Hotel is unable to accommodate you for any reason your stay will be arranged in a similar category hotel, along with to and fro transportation.
In case of NO-SHOW or Early Check Out, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
