Cancellations / No Show Policies:

• Cancellations which are done 24 hours prior to day and time of arrival will be entitled to a full refund.
• If cancellations are done less than 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's room charge (for the number of rooms booked) at confirmed rate.
• In case The Cloud Hotel is unable to accommodate you for any reason your stay will be arranged in a similar category hotel, along with to and fro transportation.
• In case of NO-SHOW or Early Check Out, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
