How do I view my reservation?

What is check in / check out time? Check in is 12:00 noon / Checkout is 12:00 noon.

Do you allow smoking in property/rooms? We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available? Free Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and High-speed wired internet access is available in rooms and Business Center.

Do you have a fitness/yoga center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours? Yes, we have a free workout facility for in-house guests featuring Treadmill, Cross Trainer, Upright Bike, Dumbbells, Yoga mat, Medi Ball, and Gym Ball.

Timings: 07:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours? Yes, we offer 24-hour room service.

Do you have a business center? A fully equipped business center with state-of-the-art computers, Wi-Fi, and high definition printer are available to ensure all your working needs are efficiently met.

Do you have a pool? No we do not have a pool in the hotel.

Do you provide rollaway beds? Is there a charge? Yes we do provide rollaway beds on chargeable basis.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this? You need to contact the channel through which you made your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room? You must be 18 years of age with a valid Photo ID and address proof to check in to the hotel.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy? We require a credit card at the time of booking. For cancellation or amendment of a booking within 48 hours of arrival day, one night retention will be charged.

What is No Show & Early checkout Policy? In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

Is my ID/passport required at check in? Yes, we require original valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Up to what age do kids stay for free? Children below 7 years stay free (Extra bed will not be provided).

Do you have connecting rooms? Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request at the time of booking.

Do you have accessible rooms for those with physical disabilities? Yes, we have accessible rooms. These rooms include modified bath with bars and added facility.

Do you offer transfer service from the airport / railway station? Yes, We do provide transfer services from airport / railway station on chargeable basis .

Do you have onsite parking? Yes, we offer free valet parking at the hotel.
